 15.  Go to effects> plugins> eyecandy 4000> shadowlab and use the settings below.
        Click OK.

 

 16.  Now, bring up your frame image in to your PSP area that we made earlier in
        the tutorial and minimized to the bottom of your PSP area.

 17. Go to edit> copy.

 18. Activate your picture layer and then go to edit> copy>

 19. Go to edit> paste> paste the frame as a new raster layer. 




 

 Rename this layer Frame.  Click OK.


 

 20.  *Make sure your frame is centered on your picture.

 

  Your layer palette in your PSP area should now look like this.
 

 

 

 

 21.  Make sure your frame layer is activated and go to image> resize your frame using these 
        settings below.  Click OK. The Frame should be centered on your picture.
        *Make sure resize all layers is unchecked.


 

 

  Your image should now look like this.

 22.  Go to effects> distortion effects> ripple in PSP using these settings below.  Click OK.
 

 

 23.  Go to effects> texture effects> mosaic glass in PSP using these settings below.  Click OK.
         *Make sure resized frame is centered



 


  24.  Go to effects> 3D effects> drop shadow in PSP using the settings below.  Click OK.


 25. Go to layers> merge> merge all flatten.

 

 26. Click on your selection tool   and set it on rectangle, feather 0, antia-alias unchecked
       and draw a rectangle around your picture image.

 27. Go to edit> copy>.

 28. Go to edit> paste> past as new image.


 

 29. Go to layers> merge> merge all flatten again.

 

 30. Congratulations!  You have completed the tutorial.  Now, just name your image
        and save it to your hard drive.
