This tutorial was made in PSP 8.10
You will need the following items in order to complete this tutorial.

Paint Shop Pro


Eye Candy 4000

Download Here


Right click and save picture
to your hard drive.

 

Please make sure to save often.


 

  1. Bring up your picture in your PSP area and set your foreground and background
      colors to the colors shown below.


 

  2.  Go to image> add borders in PSP and use the settings below.  Click OK.


 

  3.  Click on your magic wand and select your borders by touching them with
       your wand.  DO NOT DESELECT.


 

  4.  Go to effects> texture effects> blinds in PSP.  Change your color to black
       (#000000) and use the settings below.  Click OK. 
DO NOT DESELECT.

 

Your picture should now look like this.


 

  5.  While your ants are still marching around your picture, go to edit> copy>
       Then, go to edit>
paste as new image.


 

You will now have the outside of your picture, which is just a frame.
Here is what your frame image should look like.

 

  7.  Minimize your frame image to the bottom of your PSP screen, so it is out of sight.

  8.  Now, activate your picture by touching it with your mouse and go to effects>
       3D effects>  inner bevel in PSP using the settings below.  Click OK.

 

  9.  Go to selections> select none in PSP.  Move your picture to the side of your
       PSP area.

 

Your picture should now look like this.

 

 10 .   Now, open a new white image 450 width X 400 height.


 

 11.  We are now going to activate your picture by touching it with your mouse.

 12.  Go to image> copy.

 13Activate your new white image by touching it with your mouse and go to edit>
        copy> paste as new layer.

 

 Rename this layer Picture

 

  Your layer palette in your PSP area should now look like this.


 

 14. Activate your picture layer, go to effects. 3D effects> drop shadow in PSP using   
       settings below.  Click OK.
            


 

  Your image should now look like this.
