This tutorial was made in PSP 7.04 but should work in most versions of PSP.
You will need the following items in order to complete this tutorial.

to your selection folder

 

  Please make sure to save often
 

 

  1.   Open a transparent image 400 width x 500 height.

  2.   Go to selections and load the apgoldenframe.sel.
 

 

  3.   Click on your flood fill can .  Set foreground color to (#E1CD91)
        and background color to null and flood fill your area with color.  


 

  Your image should now look like this.

 

  4.   Click on your magic wand and then click on the colored area of
         your frame.

  5.   Go to selections> modify> contract and change the number to 10.

  6.   Click OK.
 

  Your image should now look like this.

 

  7.   Go to effects> 3D effects>  inner bevel in PSP.  Change your color
         to white (#FFFFFF).  Load your round preset.        

 


 


  8.   Click OK.    

  9.   Deselect.

 10.  Click on your magic wand again.

 11.  Now, while holding down your shift key, click on both outer rims
        of your frame.

 12.  Go to selections> modify> contract> change number to 1.

 13.  Click OK.  DO NOT DESELECT.

 

  Your image should now look like this.

 

 

 14.   Go to effects> 3D effects> inner bevel> again in PSP and use the same settings as step #5.

 15.   Click OK.

 16.   Deselect.
 

  Your image should now look like this.

 

 17.   Now, for your last step, go to effects> texture effects> weave.
         Change your weave color and gap color to black (#000000) and use
         the settings below.


 

 

 18.   Click OK.

 19.   You have completed your frame and may either export your tube to
         your tube folder or save it to your C drive for future use.
