This tutorial was made in PSP 8.10 but should work in most versions of PSP.
You will need the following items in order to complete this tutorial.

 

Paint Shop Pro

 

Unplugged Shapes
Download Here
 

My PSP Files
Download Here and bring up
in your PSP area
 

Right click and save image
to your hard drive.

 

* Please make sure to save often

 

  1.  Download and unzip you apeveningbagtubes.zip in to your favorite folder and then bring them in to
       PSP.  Also bring your flood fill pattern in to your PSP area.

  2.  Minimize both tubes from the zip and your flood fill pattern to the bottom of your PSP screen,
       which we will use later on in this tutorial.

  3.  Open up a new image 200 width x 100 height using the settings below.  Make sure to change your
       color to (#51BDBD)

 

 

  4.  Click on your magic wand.    and click inside the new colored image to select the area.

 

  5.  Go to effects> plugins> unplugged shapes> 45 degree rectangle and use the settings below.

 

 

 

  6. Click OK.

  7. Selections> select none.

  8. Click on your magic wand again.

  9. Select the white area of your image.

 

* Your image should now look like this.

 

 

 10. Click on your flood fill can  and flood fill the area with your flood fill pattern.
       (Below is a screenshot showing how to access a pattern, if you are not familiar with PSP 8.01  You
        can access it by clicking on your foreground color, then pattern and use the settings below.)  

 

 

 11.  DO NOT DESELECT.

 12.  Go to Effects> 3D effects> inner bevel and use the settings below.

 

 

 13. Click OK.

 14. Selections> select none.

 

* Your image should now look like this.

 

 

 15. Click on your magic wand again.

 16. Select the solid area of your image.

 

* Your image should now look like this.

 

 

 

 17. Click on your flood fill can and flood fill this area with your pattern.

 18. Go to effects> 3D effects> inner bevel using the same settings as above. (They should still be loaded)

 19. Click OK.

 

* Your image should now look like this.

 

 

 20. Selections> select none.

 21. Go to image> flip.

 

 

* Your image should now look like this
and be upside down.
 

It is finally starting to look
 like an evening bag!

 

 

 22. Open up a new white image 225 width x 200 height.

 23. Activate your evening bag image.

 24. Go to copy> paste> paste as new selection on to your new white image.

 25. Go to effects> 3D effects> drop shadow using the settings below.

 

 

 26. Click OK.

 

* Your image should now look like this.

 

 

 27. Selections> select none.

 28. Now bring up your two apeveningbag tubes that you minimized to the bottom of your screen at
       the beginning of this tutorial..

 29. Now activate your apgoldbroach.

 30. Go to edit > copy edit> paste> paste as new selection and paste it to the lower portion of the point of your evening bag.

 31. DO NOT DESELECT.

 32. Go to effects> 3D effects> drop shadow using the same settings that are still loaded from above.

 33. Click OK.

 

* Your image should now look like this.

 

 34. Select> select none.

 35. Now activate your apbrassbeadchain.

 36. Go to copy> paste> paste as new selection and paste it on top of your evening bag.

 37. DO NOT DESELECT.

 38. Go to effects> 3D effects> drop shadow using the same settings that are still loaded from above.

 39. Click OK.

 40. Selections> select none.

 41.You have finally completed your evening bag.  You may now add your name, name your image
       and then save it to your favorite folder on your hard drive.
