You will need the following items in order to complete this tutorial.
Paint Shop Pro

Eyecandy 3.0
The free to distribute version can
be downloaded
Here and
unzip
to your plugin folder
Simple Diamond
Download
Here
at this site and
unzip to your plugin folder
Please
make sure to save often
1. Bring up a new white image 400
width x 400 height.

2. Click on your flood fill can
and change your
foreground color to (#D3B3B3) and
flood your new
white image with your color.

3. Click on your selection tool
and draw a square in
the center of your image using
coordinate selection settings
below or simply make a small rectangle in the center of your
image about 50 x 50 pixels. Just
don't make the selection too large.


*Your image will look like this

4. Go to effects> plugins>
eyecandy 3.0> HSB noise using the settings below.

5. Do NOT deselect.
6. Go to effects> plugins>
simple> diamonds.
7. Do NOT deselect.
8. Go to edit> copy> edit>
paste> paste as new image.

*Your image will now look like this.

9. Go to effects> image effects>
seamless tiling to merge your image and use the settings below..

10. Congratulations! You have
completed the tutorial. Now, name and save your image
to your favorite folder on your hard
drive and here is an example of what a background
would look like if you were to use it
for an email or stationary.
