8. Go to layers> new raster layer.  Rename your layer selection3.  Click OK.

Your layer palette will now look like this.

  9.  Go to selections> load/save selection> load selection from disk and load the
       apcrugselection3.sel selection by clicking on the arrow and navigating to the
       apcrugselecton3.sel selection.  Click on your apcrugselection3.sel selection. 
       You will be using the same settings as steps 3 and 6. Click load.

 10. Click on your flood fill can .  Using the settings below,  navigate to your apcrugfill3
       by clicking on the arrow.  Click on your apcrugfill3.  Click OK and flood fill your selection
       using your apcrugfill3 pattern.

Your transparent image will now look like this.
Do Not Deselect

 11.  Go to effects> texture effects> texture and use the settings below.  Click OK.

 12.  Go to effects> 3D effects> inner bevel and use the settings below.  Click OK.

 13.  Go to effects> 3D effects> drop shadow and use the settings below.  Click OK.

 14.  Selections> select none.

 15.  Go to layers> new raster layer.  Rename this new layer selection4.

Your layer palette will now look like this.

 16.  Go to selections> load/save selection> load selection from disk and load the
        apcrugselection4.sel selection by clicking on the arrow and navigating to the
        apcrugselecton4.sel selection.  Use the same settings as steps 3 and 6, which
        should already be loaded. Click load.

Your transparent image will now look like this.
DO NOT DESELECT

 17. Click on your flood fill can .  Using the same settings as in step 10 above,
       flood fill using your apcrugfill3 pattern again.  Click OK.  It should already be loaded
       from step 10.  DO NOT DESELECT.

 18. Go to effects> texture effects> texture and use the same settings as step 11 above.
       It should alreadyl be loaded.  Click OK.   DO NOT DESELECT

 19. Go to effects> 3D effects> inner bevel and use the same settings as step 12 above.
       It should already be loaded.  Click OK.   DO NOT DESELECT

 20. Go to effects> 3D effects> drop shadow and use the same settings as step 13 above.
       It should alreadyl be loaded.  Click OK.

 21.  Selections> select none.

 22. Layers> merge> merge visible.

 23. Name and save your image in PSP format to your favorite tube folder or export
       it as a tube for future use.
