This tutorial was made in PSP
7.04 but should work in most versions of PSP.
You will need the following items in order to complete this tutorial.
My Selections
DownloadHere and unzip to
your selection folder
Gradients
DownloadHere and unzip
to your gradient folder
My PSP Files Download
Hereand bring up
in your PSP area
Please make sure to save often
1. Open
transparent image 400 width x 500 height. Rename it
background.
2. Add new raster layer.
Rename it base.
3. Load apcompactbase.sel
selection.
4. Click on your flood fill
can
Set background color box to null. Then clickon your foreground color box and go to
gradient and find the tiff12 gradient.Use the settings below. Click OK.
Flood fill your area with gradient.
Your image should now look like this
5. Go to effects> 3D effects>
inner bevel. Load the frame preset. Change your
color to white (#FFFFFF). Use
the settings below. Click OK.
Your image should now look like this.
6. Go to eye candy 4000> shadowlab.
Change your color to (#090408).
Use the settings below. Click OK.
7. Selections> select none.
8. Add new raster layer. Rename it line.
9. Load apcompactline.sel selecton.
Your image should now look like this.
10. Click on your flood fill can
. Set
background color box to null.
Change your foreground color box to
white (#FFFFFF) Flood fill your area with color.
11. Selections> select none.
Your image should now look like this.
12. Click on your magic wand
. Click
it on the top circle of your compact
and select the area.
13. Click on your flood fill can
. Set
background color box to null. Then, click onyour foreground color box and
go to Mah_Chrome gradient. Click OK. Floodfill your area with gradient.
14. Go to effects> 3D effects> drop
shadow. Use the settings below. Change
color to black (#000000). Click OK.
Your image should now look like this.
15. Click on your magic wand
. Click
it on the bottom circle of your compact
and select the area.
16. Click on your flood fill can
. Set
background color box to null. Change
your foreground color box to
solid color. Change your color to (#EADAC2).
17. Go to effects> 3D effects> drop shadow. Use the same
settings as above.
Click OK.
